| Following are some examples of nut processing systems we have built.

This equipment was designed to deal with both walnuts and chestnuts grown on the property. Bins are loaded onto the rollers then tipped onto a one meter wide elevator belt which delivers the product to a vibrating screen shaker. Screens are set in the shaker to suit either walnuts or chestnuts. Chestnut burs are directed through a de husker then nuts are separated through an air leg separator.
When required walnuts are directed into a huller and drum washer.
Nuts then pass to the drying , inspecting and size grading section.

Chestnuts are carried up the elevator and fall through an air leg trash separator and into a flotation tank. Light nuts and trash floats off the top and into a bin, heavy nuts sink and are pumped up to a brushing machine. From there they flow over a dimple roller inspection table and up into a size grader.
