We currently build walnut and hazelnut cracking and shell separating systems and are always working on something new.

(Above) Hazelnut Elevator, Size Grader ,Cracker, and Shell Separator.
The hazelnuts are loaded into the elevator hopper and fed into the size grader, then each grade size of nuts is loaded back into the elevator hopper and re-directed to the cracker which is re-set for each size. This unit will crack and separate approx. 98% of the shells from the kernels with very little damage. Rate—up to 500 Kg per hour.
